It's been a while since we stepped into this place. It's changed owners and name but still serving great sushi. Rice and fish portions are great for ayce. Service was great and don't listen to the Karens. I'll be happy to be served by family members. Reminds me of my childhood and the hustle. Why would anyone give a negative review on a family run restaurant? Go take your Karens and go review corporations. Leave small family business alone.

Quaint lil place... not a loyal of an Asian setting but still cute... not fancy.. but again, nice for casual outing.... Pretty neat and clean. Had to go orders both times and think it would've been an enjoyable dine-in experience... Thanks to Manuel and on of thr sushi guys for making this a good experience. It was delicious!! OISHI!

This is my favorite sushi spot in Reno. All of the rolls are delicious. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. I Highly recommend

Fresh quality fish, excellent preparation, the special miso is outstanding! The service is great, and it has a nice ambiance, I've been here several times now and other than one time it's been 5 stars.

My husband and I stopped in for a bit more food after imbibing next door at the wine bar. I was so happy with this experience. The rolls were reminiscent of some of our favorites at another location and we came to find out that this was because the owner used to work there. I felt the prices were fair and the owner and staff behind the counter were all friendly. They have all of the Reno classic rolls and sushimi along with some of their own creations. This is probably going to become a more regular hang for us since it's closer to our new home than the location we used to drive out of our way for.

My wife and I went snowboarding on the day of Thanksgiving and we were craving sushi, fortunately they were one of the only sushi places open and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The rolls were delicious my only complaint being the rainbow roll, even if it is a plain roll if it's prepared right it tastes delicious unfortunately it tasted just plain. We sat at the bar and the sushi chef was quick to take our order and friendly. As for the ambiance, it was your beautiful shade of millennial gray and white, but still a solid place to head to if you're downtown

This place is clean, has a great vibe, great customer service and delicious food. The food is presented beautifully and tastes fresh. The chefs are fast and clean. I definitely will be referring family and friends here.

First time EVER eating out here with my Partner. First impressions- Minimal space, took a minute to sit us down. The whole Menu looks like a specialty roll section. Fun names for children and young adults alike. Great place to bring family and friends, not so much to impress on a first date. Sushi was great and the Cooks did a fantastic job at balancing out flavors. Each bite was an explosions of flavors and brought me back to the first time I ate these foods. --HIGHLIGHTS-- Tempura Shrimp was the best I've ever had Unagi melts in your mouth Cucumber salad was the best I've ever tasted Overall a great experience and will go back again to try more of their unique rolls. I don't like saying negative things although it did take a while for them to come to us when we needed something so I had to flag them down a few times. ENJOY THE PICTURES

Surprisingly good sushi in Reno. I was a bit nervous having sushi in Reno given how far it is from any oceans but it was okay. Definitely exceeded my expectations given where I was. I also think I was just hungry and cold food fit my needs given a hot day. It was clean and seemed like lots of families frequented the place. It also seemed like the diners were new to sushi. lol
